lyrics

TORN APART

Almost forgotten
when I saw you yesterday
It's still the same old feelin' when we touch
We know there's no tomorrow
and we can't go on this way
'cause now and then can never be enough
Girl it’s so unfair when you compare my love to his
I never thought you could be bought
I never knew we'd come to this

Torn apart
looking at a brand new start
I thought all along I was the only one
Love is blind
how could I believe your line
How was I to know I'd be the lonely one

You never even told me
I never even asked
I guess I knew the answer all along
You took me for granted
now I'm taking you to task
there isn't any use in holding on
Girl it’s so unfair when you compare my love to his
I never thought you could be bought
I never knew we'd come to this
